Clinical Team
Geranameo Bullock, MD
Dr. Bullock received his medical training at St. George's University . He completed his psychiatric residency at VCU Health Systems in Richmond, Virginia. He is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology. He has experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring his own spirituality, playing guitar, and spending time with family and pets.

Angel D. Gresham, DNP, PMHNP-BC
​
Angel received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Rush University. She is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Angel has served many patient populations and specialties throughout her nursing career, but has always found her way back to the field of psychiatry. As an Army veteran, she understands the complex needs of military-affiliated patients and their families.
In her spare time, Angel enjoys growing spiritually, spending quality time with family and friends, and building her photography portfolio.
Amber H. Kirby, LCSW

Amber graduated with her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary in 2002. She then completed her Master's in Social Work at Saint Leo University with a clinical residency at Eastern State Hospital. While at Eastern State Hospital, she worked with forensic and civil patients and the hospital's Institutional Review Board. Amber also has experience working in the court system with Department of Juvenile Justice where she served on the Family Assessment and Planning Team with York Poquoson Department of Social Services.

In her spare time, Amber enjoys being with family and friends, writing, and bird watching.

Jonathan Seng, MSW
​
Jonathan completed his Masters in Social Work at VCU. He has experience in Crisis Counseling and Outpatient Counseling for Adults. He works with clients of diverse backgrounds to include the Asian American and LGBTQ community. He came from a biomedical training prior to counseling, and treats a myriad of mental health symptoms/conditions. He pursues ongoing training with a particular focus on trauma modalities like EMDR and Somatic Experiencing.

Rosemary Jackson, DNP, PMHNP-BC
​
Rosemary holds a Bachelor's of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master's of Science from the University of Cincinnati, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Chatham University. She has been board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for over ten years and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has worked for the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board with the severely mentally ill and in their Crisis Stabilization Program. Rosemary has been working with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma for over the past ten years while specializng in mental health.
